1. Privacy Policy

2. Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within the U.S. for orders over $150 USD (flat $10 below threshold; Hawaii & Puerto Rico $22). Canada free shipping over $200 CAD (flat $13.50 below); Mexico free shipping over $3000 MXN (flat $200 below); Singapore free shipping over $300 SGD (flat $8 below); Malaysia free shipping over $500 RM (flat $15 below). We do not ship to PO boxes.

Orders ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, Landmark Global, Apple Express, or Canada Post. Processing time: 1–3 business days; delivery: 5–8 business days. Tracking information will be sent by email.

3. Refund & Returns Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Email sales@rimanICDincellderm.com with order number and photos to request a return.
  • Customer responsible for return shipping unless product is damaged/incorrect.
  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • No returns on opened skincare, makeup, personal care items, gift cards, or clearance items.

4. Terms of Service

  • You must be of legal age in your state/province to use this site.
  • All products and content are for cosmetic purposes only, not medical advice.
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
  • All product descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our ability but may change due to manufacturer updates.
  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate shipping/billing info.
