At Riman ICD Incellderm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with for health and safety reasons.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.
How to Request a Return
- Email sales@rimanICDincellderm.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- We will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal care items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
